In today’s world, toxins are constantly bombarding us through the water we drink, the food we eat, the air we breathe and the products we use on our body.


Unfortunately, these toxins place a cumulative burden on our body’s neurological, immunological, and endocrine systems, and their ability to function optimally. The end result is chronic illness and disease. Many times this burden is silent and goes unnoticed, but as the level of exposure increases, compounded with life’s everyday stressors, we begin to experience the signs and symptoms from this “total body burden”. This may manifest in fatigue, allergies, hormonal imbalance, just to name a few.


Our environment encompasses everything from: the air we breathe; to the food that we eat; to the water that we drink; to the products we put on our skin; to the surrounding electrical frequencies; to the thoughts we place in our mind.  It may seem like a feat in trying to create a healthy living environment.  However, like any lifestyle change, small incremental changes put us one step closer to health.  

Dr. Robins sees these environmental aspects as obstacles to heal in many patients with chronic disease processes.  Sometimes it can be as simple as installing a HEPA filter in the bedroom for allergies or changing household cleaning products. In more complex cases, we may implement deep nutritional and lifestyle protocols to prevent further exposure, while also aiding the liver and other organs of elimination to rid the body of accumulated toxins.  Dr. Robins looks at the whole person and their environment, while trying to leave no stone unturned.
